DTS Property / David Iddon was recommended by a friend who had previously been pleased with work done.  I am pleased to say that I also found the same as the work carried out for me was neat and tidy with attention to detail in altering my front garden wall to accommodate intended widening of my driveway in advance of Council plans re crossover of the footpath. Very pleased with David’s method of working, cleaning and tidiness and the work was completed to my satisfaction. His assistance regarding correct disposal of waste materials was appreciated. I would be very happy to recommend to others requiring similar work to be undertaken to their properties.

My downstairs cloakroom had exposed pipe work coming from the ceiling and going along the wall. I'd had a couple of tradesmen around who were not interested in the job. David was able to set the pipe work in the wall, box in the waste pipe to allow me to have a shelf and then install new flooring and basin. I'm so pleased with the finished result. The work was done in an efficient and tidy manner. I would recommend his work.

DTS totally refurbished shower room in a rental property which is in a listed building. It was obvious that the original conversion had been done by 'cowboy' builders as the shower unit was supported solely by loose pieces of wood - hence it was moving and causing leakage.

We are delighted with the work Dave and his team carried out on our back garden. It looks better than we had imagined it. The three levels with the retaining walls and the flowers beds that border the edges work really well. Many positive comments from neighbours and visitors. We are very pleased with the whole job. An absolute transformation to the back of the house which has given us the perfect area for relaxing and entertaining. Couldn't wish for better!

We generally work within a 30 mile radius of Newport Pagnell. This includes, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.

Yes we do. By law you must have a licence if you transport any type of waste as part of a business.

Yes, all our work is covered with a standard 2-year guarantee. There is an option to extend this through 3rd party insurance schemes for a longer warranty.

Yes. Our client portal saves time and offers a faster and more convenient service. It allows us to share information about your job status, images, documents, forms and booking dates in one simple, convenient and secure location. You will be given your own log in where you can view your jobs, attach documents, receive quotes and invoices, and even make payments.

Reputable builders never ask for payment upfront. Before any work commences, we will agree on a schedule of staged payments throughout your project. The final balance will be due only upon satisfactory completion of the project.
